WellSpan York Hospital broadcasts live cardiac procedures to international conference

It’s not often that cardiologists have an exclusive opportunity to demonstrate their skills to thousands of their peers at once from around the world. But that’s exactly what a father-son duo of interventional cardiologists did at WellSpan York Hospital this week. William Nicholson, M.D., and his father, W. Jay Nicholson, M.D., both of WellSpan Cardiology, performed a cardiac procedure side-by-side at the hospital, with an international audience of more than 12,000 watching via live broadcast.
