The 8th Annual Industry Pulse Report

The annual national survey identifies what payers and other healthcare stakeholders see as the top challenges facing the industry, and as well as the greatest opportunities for positive change. For the past eight years, Change Healthcare has commissioned an online survey in an effort to determine and report on the “pulse” of the healthcare industry. This latest survey, fielded online in late 2017 and published in the first quarter of 2018 in partnership with the HealthCare Executive Group (HCEG), looks not only at marketplace challenges, trends, opportunities, and investments payers report but also contrasts those findings to what was reported in past Industry Pulse surveys.
