The three-year health plan for the period commencing April 1, 2015, was prepared under my direction as Official Administrator, in accordance with the Regional Health Authorities Act and direction provided by the Minister of Health. The strategic directions and goals of Alberta Health Services have been developed in the context of legislated responsibilities, Alberta Health’s Business Plan, and provincial government expectations as communicated by the Minister. Performance measures are included as the basis for assessing achievements.
