DIABETES, OBESITY AND NUTRITION STRATEGIC CLINICAL NETWORK

THE CANADIAN DIABETES RISK QUESTIONNAIRE (developed by the Public Health Agency of Canada) helps identify individuals that are at higher risk of having pre-diabetes or type 2 diabetes. The questionnaire is intended for adults aged 40 to 74 years. Pre-diabetes is a condition where a person‘s blood sugar levels are higher than normal, but not high enough to be diagnosed as diabetes. You can have pre-diabetes or undiagnosed type 2 diabetes without having any obvious warning signs or symptoms.
