Brightpoint Health is a leading nonprofit provider of integrated primary care, behavioral care, dental and substance abuse services, as well as social service support to New Yorkers in need. Brightpoint also has the largest health home care management program in New York State. With over 700 employees and locations throughout the five boroughs, Brightpoint serves 40,00 people with 130,000 health care visits annually. Over 70% of the patients we serve in our health centers are homeless or unstably housed.
