“Health Sector Transformation Plan (HSTP)” is the next five-year national health sector strategic plan, which covers EFY 2008-2012 (July 2015– June 2020). It has been prepared by conducting in-depth situational assessment and performance evaluation of HSDPs; considering the global situation and the country’s global commitment; and most importantly the goals of the national long term vision and Growth and Transformation Plan (GTP).
