From healthy cooking and yoga to meditation and diabetes education, we offer everything you need to learn to follow a healthy lifestyle. Medication and procedures can only do so much; when it comes to chronic care, what really helps is learning how to treat your body right. These classes also offer a chance to ask physicians, as well as other patients who have been through exactly what you're going through, detailed questions about your medical care.
