Premier healthcare technology provider Tabula Rasa HealthCare has announced that it has agreed to sell the PrescribeWellness business to cutting edge patient relationship management provider, Transaction Data Systems.

Tabula Rasa is committed to promoting the safe use of medicines while TDS delivers patient-oriented solutions with a focus on pharmacy systems. TDS is currently supporting an installation of Rx30 and Computer Rx-systems in over 50 states.
