Hospitals Drive Post-Acute Volume

Twenty-two percent of all hospital patients are discharged to post-acute care (PAC), according to a new infographic by the Health Industry Distributors Association. The infographic examines other PAC trends, including the top five conditions discharged to PAC and PAC facilities with the highest volume of post-hospital discharge patients.
