Crazy for Caffeine

Caffeine is a stimulant that jolts your body awake, but can cause a variety of side effects. Some people claim to be “caffeine addicts,” usually in jest, but experience “withdrawal” symptoms (such as headaches and irritability) that mirror those of people who are being weaned off of other, more harmful substances. Check out the infographic below to find out how caffeine can affect your body, including your heart.
