PatientFi Launches First-Of-Its-Kind Aesthetics Membership Platform, PRIVI

Businesswire | April 25, 2023 | Read time : 02:00 min

PatientFi Launches First

PatientFi, a point-of-sale technology platform offering patients a friendly way to pay for elective healthcare procedures, announced the launch of its new, first-and-only-of-its-kind, aesthetics membership platform, PRIVI. PRIVI’s turnkey membership platform allows patients to pay monthly for an annual recurring treatment plan through their aesthetic provider of choice.

Aesthetic practices use PRIVI’s cloud-based portal to build personalized beauty memberships that can be comprised of neurotoxin, filler, skincare, body treatments and more – all on a convenient monthly membership plan. Instead of facing large bills each time they visit their aesthetic provider, patients just pay monthly for an annual treatment plan, customized to them.

The global non-invasive aesthetic treatment market is expected to grow from $43.87 billion in 2021 to $49.32 billion in 2022 and is expected to reach $85.64 billion in 2026. Today, there are nearly 40,000 medical providers in the U.S. who offer non-invasive treatments to patients. The largest barrier to continued growth is patient affordability and access to qualified providers who can deliver desired outcomes.

In an increasingly crowded market, PRIVI gives aesthetic practices a platform to seamlessly turn one-time patients into loyal customers. And PRIVI gives patients what they want – a convenient monthly payment, ease of scheduling, customized treatment plans and better outcomes.

“PatientFi has become a leading provider of payment solutions for large ticket aesthetic procedures, so PRIVI was a natural extension for us,” said Todd Watts, CEO and Co-Founder of PatientFi. PRIVI is solving some of the longest standing pain points for the non-invasive aesthetic market – affordability, scheduling, and treatment compliance. PRIVI offers practices a new way to increase business and retain it while dramatically increasing accessibility for patients.”

With endless customization in one easy-to-use platform, PRIVI offers everything providers and patients need in a membership – and nothing they don’t.

Seamless Payments: Enables participating providers to receive payment in full when treatments are rendered, while patients enjoy the convenience of a monthly membership payment.

Auto Reminders & Scheduling: Delivers high patient retention with scheduling tools and automatic reminders to keep patients coming back for ongoing, regular treatments.

Customized Experience: Offers functionality to customize the membership experience to a practice’s unique brand and offerings—complete with incentive add-ons and rewards to attract more patients to the membership.

EPIC Health Launches New Remote Patient Monitoring Program in Collaboration with OMRON Healthcare to Address Health Inequities with VitalSight™

prweb | August 11, 2023

EPIC Health, Detroit's health system committed to community-focused healthcare, and OMRON Healthcare, a global heart health leader, today announced a new collaboration to address health inequities and reduce heart attack and stroke risk in underserved Detroit communities. The program will feature VitalSight™, OMRON's first remote patient monitoring service designed specifically for patients afflicted by high blood pressure and especially those with uncontrolled Stage 2 hypertension. "We developed VitalSight to empower patients with the technology and tools to monitor their blood pressure from home, share their data with their doctors, and gain a greater sense of understanding about high blood pressure, how to manage it, and ways to reduce their health risk," said OMRON Healthcare President and CEO Ranndy Kellogg. "With EPIC Health, we have a collaborative partner who shares our Going for Zero mission to eliminate heart attack and stroke and is dedicated to addressing the health inequities that often magnify health risks for patients in underserved communities." VitalSight is an easy-to-use remote patient monitoring service that physicians can offer to patients with high risk levels of hypertension. More than 37 million U.S. adults1 have uncontrolled Stage 2 hypertension that can contribute to increased risk of heart attack and stroke, which could lead to artery and organ damage if no treatment is administered2. Patients are enrolled in VitalSight by a healthcare provider. The service is available to patients at little to no cost and is reimbursable through Medicare. Patients who are enrolled in the program by EPIC Health physicians receive the VitalSight kit delivered to their home. The kit includes an OMRON connected blood pressure monitor, a weight scale (if requested by the clinician), and a data hub that are all pre-set for the specific patient. With VitalSight, EPIC Health clinicians can personalize blood pressure reading thresholds for each patient and receive alerts for out-of-range readings so care teams can take action and make more informed treatment decisions. "The VitalSight data hub is a key asset because it works without home Wi-Fi. Our patients can monitor their blood pressure easily from home and securely share readings with their care teams," said Dr. Greg Naman, MD, Board-Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, EPIC Health. "VitalSight connects us more with the patient and helps us spotlight key data. As a medical professional working to bridge health gaps, it's a boost to have a service that makes data actionable – the patient is more engaged in managing their condition and the care team has more insights to evolve treatment." "EPIC Health remains diligent in its efforts to increase and improve dialogue between patients and physicians, address growing populations impacted by hypertension and stroke, and increase health access for all," said Dr. Naman. "OMRON's Going for Zero mission and innovative technology makes them an excellent partner in this program." About OMRON Healthcare, Inc. Quantum Health Partners With Progyny To Launch New Family-Building Benefits Offering

Businesswire | July 06, 2023

Quantum Health, the leading consumer healthcare navigation and care coordination company, announced today it has partnered with Progyny, Inc. (Nasdaq: PGNY) as part of its launch of a new family-building benefits offering to help employers provide a better, more comprehensive and inclusive experience for all employees who need support to build their families. Progyny, a leading benefits management company specializing in fertility and family-building benefits solutions, will be included as a new Preferred Partner within Quantum Health’s Comprehensive Care Solutions™ platform. As part of this new offering, Quantum Health will fully integrate Progyny’s solution, including access to its national and actively managed network of top fertility specialists, dedicated concierge patient support, integrated pharmacy and wraparound technology, into Quantum Health’s navigation and engagement platform. Quantum Health’s 500 employer clients, currently supporting close to 3 million members, can now elect Progyny’s comprehensive fertility and family-building benefits with an accelerated contracting and implementation process and seamless integration. “Quantum Health has long supported our clients and members with their reproductive health needs, but there is growing demand for a more comprehensive and integrated family-building experience, especially for groups of people who may face heightened barriers to accessing fertility care,” said Quantum Health President Shannon Skaggs. “After evaluating the market, we are excited to partner with Progyny, one of the market’s leading solutions in delivering an exceptional family-building experience that leads to healthy pregnancies. We already share mutual clients with Progyny and are eager to integrate their offering into our navigation engagement platform to better meet the needs of our clients and their millions of employees across the country.” The recent Mercer survey, Health & Benefit Strategies for 2024, found over 40% of employers currently take steps to provide equitable family-building benefits, including fertility treatments that do not require individuals to meet the clinical definition of infertile, and coverage for surrogacy expenses. Yet, in the recent Employee Benefit News and Quantum Health State of Healthcare national study, 43% of employers and 28% of employees reported that their company does not currently offer family-building assistance, including fertility and/or adoption assistance. Additionally, 30% to 35% of those in younger workforce generations (e.g., Gen Z, millennials and Gen X) say they want family-building assistance benefits but don’t currently have them, an important consideration for employers as they support their future workforce. “At Progyny, we share Quantum Health’s goal of delivering superior outcomes, exceptional member support and sustained cost savings. Through this partnership, Quantum Health’s leading employer clients can easily expand their benefits offering to include the comprehensive, equitable and inclusive family-building services their workforce increasingly seeks,” said Dr. Janet Choi, Chief Medical Officer of Progyny. “We are excited to integrate our solution into Quantum Health’s unique navigation and member engagement platform to further expand access to our fertility and family-building services and to help members engage with the specialists and treatment they need more quickly and comprehensively.” Quantum Health has recognized the increasing demand by employers and their employees for more holistic family-building solutions. By integrating Progyny’s unique benefits design and highly curated network of specialists with Quantum Health’s proprietary care management and Real-Time Intercept® model, members on family-building journeys will now be guided to all the support they need by their trusted Healthcare Warriors®. Through human-centered engagement, Quantum Health serves as the single point of contact for healthcare benefits questions, such as family-building support, and will direct members to the right resource at the right time, resulting in better experiences, reduced stress for the members and better outcomes. This new partnership with Progyny provides employers with a comprehensive family-building solution that complements Quantum Health’s integrated services, including the Early Steps® Maternity program, a high-risk pregnancy program that pairs expectant parents with a Personal Care Guide nurse for guidance. In the coming months, Quantum Health will continue expanding its Preferred Partners™ program for building families, along with addressing other high-demand and top cost-driving categories for employers. About Quantum Health Quantum Health is the industry-leading consumer healthcare navigation and care coordination company that delivers an unparalleled consumer experience to its members, as well as validated claims savings and high satisfaction rates for its self-insured employer clients. Quantum Health’s proprietary Real-Time Intercept® model identifies opportunities for early intervention in a member’s healthcare journey, resulting in better engagement, outcomes and cost efficiencies. The company was founded in 1999 and is based in Dublin, Ohio. "We welcome the opportunity to partner with Gozio, expanding our omnichannel AI-powered conversations relating to scheduling, Rx management, physician search and more to their seamless mobile interfaces. Now, patients can unlock 24/7 access to critical services from their healthcare providers with zero hold times and full confidence in their automated support." "With conversational AI having burst into the public spotlight throughout 2023, we are truly excited to bake Hyro's best-in-class conversational AI solution into our mobile app," said Lee Jones, Chief Product Officer at Gozio Health. "Through embracing the joint capabilities of these two leading innovators in digital health, we will be able to automatically incorporate the latest developments in AI and mobile technology for the benefit of our patients at Baptist Health. Patients can now request services via phone call, SMS or directly through the mobile app, no matter the time or place, to ensure easy and real-time access to care."
