Between celebrating our 25th anniversary, launching the HealthTech Perspectives Report, acquiring interfacing network Scalabull, and expanding the executive team, the year 2024 was one to remember for RXNT.
As the new year approaches, we’d like to take a moment to celebrate the dedication of healthcare practices and professionals across the country who trust RXNT to help them deliver better, safer, and more efficient care to their patients. Without those partnerships, it wouldn’t be possible for us to continue growing and receiving recognition from companies like Forbes, Capterra, G2, Miquido, Business.com, and more.

TherapyNotes has introduced new updates including the C-SSRS tool for suicide risk assessment, expanded HIE support with integrations for Connecticut's Connie, DSM-5 code descriptions for better diagnostic clarity, and Spanish support for password resets in TherapyPortal. TherapyNotes is expanding its support of Health Information Exchanges with a new integration with Connecticut's Connie, alongside our existing integration with North Carolina's HealthConnex.
As part of this enhancement, we’ve introduced a new Health Information Exchange (HIE) settings page, allowing you to configure your connections.
TherapyNotes will automatically send the required data when relevant notes are signed by a participating clinician. Information is sent only for patients who both reside in the associated state and are assigned to at least one participating payer. You can configure the set of participating clinicians and payers on the settings page for the connection.
