With nearly 7,000 employees across 69 residential care homes we are committed to providing the highest quality of care, with a focus on catering to the needs of each individual. We are dedicated to providing choices for our residents and their families, in safe, inclusive and caring environments. We are one family where everybody belongs. Founded in 2005, Estia Health has grown to become one of the largest providers of residential aged care in Australia. In August 2014, Estia Health was joined by the South Australian-based Padman Health Care, which was founded in 1984, and New South Wales/Queensland operators Cook Care, which was founded in 1987.
