Jvion AI and SDoH Solutions Acquired by Lightbeam

Jvion AI

Lightbeam Health Solutions Inc., an organization at the forefront of population health management, announced that it has signed an asset purchase agreement to acquire Jvion, Inc., and the firm’s cutting-edge, AI-enabled social determinants of health (SDoH) solutions.

Together, Lightbeam and Jvion’s technologies will bring critical, proactive, and scalable insights to populations across all types of value-based care models. The Jvion team believes strongly in the purpose and promise of our integrated offerings, and I am excited for the Jvion team to begin this next chapter with Lightbeam.”

Tom Zajac, Executive Chairman of Jvion

The acquisition is a strategic move for Lightbeam considering Jvion’s client base will be able to access CareSignal and other advanced range of Deviceless Remote Patient Monitoring® (RPM) programs. They are known to improve clinical processes and decrease utilization across patient populations.

The acquisition is aimed at benefiting Jvion clients by boosting the value of its existing solution. The agreement will cement the position of the combined partnership as a front runner in population health management through a well-designed product offering that includes the following

  • Data Aggregation and Analytics that seamlessly integrates clinical workflows, organizes risk stratification, and coverts insights into results
  • Predictive Models and AI that can predict patient risk and jumpstart clinical intervention
  • Deviceless Remote Patient Monitoring improves staffing efficiency by delivering patient screening and care management to patients regardless of where they are in the care journey

For current Jvion customers and partners, your success is our success. The breadth and timeliness of the combined technology and services will extend fully, and as a top priority, to our clients and partners.

Pat Cline, CEO of Lightbeam
