The proposed service expansion will enhance Included Health's longitudinal support for members across the entire continuum of care. It will also complement the company's existing in-person care capabilities through its integrated suite of virtual care and navigation services. Included Health's care team would be able to schedule practical, local urgent care visits or assist with the next step of a virtual primary care appointment as part of the improved member experience.
