What Can Cause High Blood Pressure?

When the pressure of blood continues to be higher than the pressure that is believed to be normal, it leads to high blood pressure; 120/80 mmHg is the optimal blood pressure rate. Readings above this range (for instance, 130–139/80–89) are taken as Stage 1 high blood pressure, while 140 and above/90 and above is considered as Stage 2 high blood pressure.
