Tackling Hospital Staffing Problems

Healthcare staffing remains a problem for hospitals. Thirty-one percent of hospitals cannot find enough candidates to fill open positions. Only slightly more than 25 percent of leadership positions are being filled within three months. Medium and large hospitals spend between $10,000 and $30,000 to higher leadership positions, according to a new infographic by TargetRecruit. The infographic examines healthcare staffing trends and how healthcare organizations can tackle these problems.
