What is Sclerotherapy? Varicose Vein Treatment

Sclerotherapy is closing a vein using a medication, using a solution that we inject into the vein to irritate the lining of the vein and cause it to close down. Sclerotherapy sessions usually take anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes depending on how much work we’re going to do.
