Men's Health-Baby Weight in Men? Saint Thomas Health

During pregnancy, a woman on average gains 25 to 35 pounds which is totally normal says Dr. Daniel McGee, a primary care physician at Saint Thomas Health, part of Ascension Tennessee. However, the term "baby weight" may apply just as much to men as women. A new study reveals while a woman is pregnant for nine months, men can gain an average of 11-to 14 pounds and increase their waistline by two inches!
