After working 11 years in Patient Placement, Amanda transferred to Nursing Support where she works as the secretary on nursing units 4 East and the Critical Care Unit (CCU). As a nursing unit secretary, Amanda schedules staff, orders supplies, and checks patient billing codes for accuracy. She started working at Reid while a student at IVY Tech in the office administration program....
