The birth of the Jewish Benevolent Society Brasileira Albert Einstein, in the 50s, resulted from the Jewish community commitment to providing the Brazilian population one in the medical practice quality reference. But the company wanted to go beyond the simple construction of a hospital. And so it was done, built with funds from donations and the work of a group of dedicated people, the Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein was opened in 1971. Since then, it has become a reference in treatments with the latest technology, and humane care expanded its borders with social responsibility and teaching and research activities.
