What can you do today to improve your health? One thing almost all of us can do is increase our physical fitness. I was fortunate to play sports for fun when growing up. Eventually I focused on swimming, which required long hours in the pool and a lot of dedication, but it helped me develop lifelong healthy exercise habits which continue today. Truth be told, another reason I exercise is so I can enjoy eating more food! Nobody's perfect, right.
